Remember Total Recall? This 1990 sci-fi action film from Paul Verhoeven and staring Arnold Schwarzenegger asks the question, what if you could implant memories of a vacation to Mars where you pretend to be a spy and find out that an ancient Martian civilization built a way to make Mars habitable like Earth, but they just never pressed the button to start the machine to do it? 
Along the way in this episode we discuss was Quaid really a hero, did the 1980s have the pinnacle of human fashion, and why is there so much collateral damage!?

Episode 42 - Alien

Remember Alien? This 1979 sci-fi horror movie written be Ban O'Bannon and directed by Ridley Scott thrusted us into the Alien universe. Our chronological watch through of the Alien franchise continues to tumble its way through space like a hunk-of-junk mining vessel that has a crew that decided to break quarantine protocols and now there is a 7 foot tall alien life form killing everything it sees one-by-one. In this episode we discuss how the prequels seemingly change this movie, what impact previous characters have had to get us to this point, if George Romero is part of the Alien universe, and how can Elliot drive his bike around with ET in the basket!? Also, why is there a cat on the mining ship!?

Remember Thir13en Ghosts? This 2001 supernatural horror movie features... 12 ghosts but then also another so is it really 13 ghosts? But that 13th ghost isn't the one that they claim will be the the 13th ghost, so is it really 13 ghosts? Remember Alien: Covenant? No, not Prometheus, the one after that one. You know, the one Ridley Scott said had the same story as Prometheus. They are totally different movies? Remember Monsters, Inc.? This 2001 animated comedy film from the creators of Toy Story tells the incredible journey of two monsters who have to hide their workplace embarrassment from their employer. Join Matt and Angel as they discuss Pixar films, the world of Monsters, Inc., and everything in-between! One of the hosts absolutely hates this film, can you guess which one it is!?
